At Gaanagam, we take pride in offering high-quality traditional food and natural products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Perishable or consumable items (such as traditional snacks, rice, millets, or herbal powders) are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In the case of damaged or wrong products, a full refund or replacement will be offered.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of order errors or damaged products from our side.


3. Replacements

We offer replacements if:

The item was delivered in a damaged condition

The wrong product was shipped

Please share clear photos of the product and packaging within 2 days of delivery to sales@gaanagam.com for quick resolution.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

Perishable food items (unless damaged or spoiled on delivery)

Items that are opened or used

Products purchased during clearance sales or special offers (unless defective)


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellations are not accepted.
