Cooking with Gaanagam White Sorghum Flour:

  1. Gaanagam White Sorghum Roti (Jowar Roti):
    • Ingredients: 1 cup Gaanagam White Sorghum Flour, warm water, salt, and oil.
    • Method: Mix the flour with salt and warm water to form a soft dough. Roll out into small rotis and cook on a hot tawa until golden brown on both sides. Serve with curries, chutneys, or ghee.
  2. Gaanagam White Sorghum Dosa:
    • Ingredients: 1 cup Gaanagam White Sorghum Flour, ½ cup rice flour, water, salt, and cumin seeds.
    • Method: Combine the flours with water to create a smooth batter. Add salt and cumin seeds. Spread the batter thinly on a hot tawa and cook until crispy. Serve with coconut chutney or sambar.
