It is ideal for preparing rotis, dosas, pancakes, and baked goods, offering a wholesome and nutritious option for your daily cooking.
Cooking with Gaanagam Proso Millet Flour:
- Gaanagam Proso Millet Roti:
- Ingredients: 1 cup Gaanagam Proso Millet Flour, warm water, salt, and a little oil.
- Method: Mix flour, salt, and warm water to form a soft dough. Roll out into small rotis and cook on a hot tawa until golden brown on both sides. Serve with curries or chutney.
- Gaanagam Proso Millet Dosa:
- Ingredients: 1 cup Gaanagam Proso Millet Flour, ½ cup rice flour, water, salt, and cumin seeds.
- Method: Mix the flours with water to make a smooth batter. Add salt and cumin seeds. Spread the batter thinly on a hot tawa, cook until crispy, and serve with chutney or sambar.
- Gaanagam Proso Millet Pancakes:
