Pearl millet is one of the oldest and most nutritious grains, known for its high fiber content and impressive nutritional profile. Gaanagam Pearl Millet Flour is gluten-free and rich in essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, making it an ideal choice for people looking to enhance their diet with whole grains. Its earthy flavor and dense texture make it perfect for rotis, dosas, pancakes, and a variety of traditional and modern dishes.
