Cooking with Little Millet Flour:

  1. Little Millet Roti:
    • Ingredients: 1 cup little millet flour, warm water, salt, and a little oil.
    • Method: Mix the flour, salt, and warm water to form a soft dough. Roll into small balls and flatten into rotis. Cook on a hot tawa (griddle) until both sides are golden brown. Serve with curry or chutney.
  2. Little Millet Dosa:
    • Ingredients: 1 cup little millet flour, ½ cup rice flour, salt, water, and a pinch of cumin seeds.
    • Method: Mix the flours with water to form a thin batter, adding salt and cumin seeds. Pour the batter onto a hot tawa, spreading thinly like a dosa. Cook until crispy and golden. Serve with chutney.

    • Ingredients: 1 cup little millet flour, ½ cup almond flour, 2 eggs, ½ cup sugar, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
